Part Time Sales Support Assistant Role – Marketing, Media & Advertising Area
Picklemedia Consultancy Ltd is the UK’s top marketing communications agency when it comes to tapping into the Polish market.We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate who possess drive and determination within a Part Time Sales Support Assistant Role – Marketing, Media and Advertising Area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop into an Account Management role in the future. Salary will be paid dependent upon experience, attitude and results with OTE.
Main Duties will include:
- Calling existing clients to support them with their requirements.
- Developing strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
- Providing administrative support to the Account Management team.
- Securing meeting appointments with clients for the Account Management team.
- Researching clients and providing commercial intelligence.
- Production of quotations for the Account Management Team.
- Production of presentations for the Account Management Team.
- Collation of figures and forecasts for review.
- Provision of reporting data to the management team.
- Minuting meetings and monitoring action log.
Skills & Attributes:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Polish, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and detail orientated
- Proven ability to perform under pressure
- Team Player
- Well-organised and methodical in approach
- Proactive, "can do" attitude.
